Wow! New Years Eve this year was filled with some excitement! We started off at The Middle East for THROWED where myself, Michael Savant and Emarce threw down for a few hours. You can check out more of Michael’s pics for the night HERE. I had a really good time! Thanks to Michael and Eric for inviting me to play. So shortly after midnight Jade and I proceeded to the subway in route to see friends downtown at a factory loft party. Strictly special ops type shit. Stuck around there until 2am or so and headed to the next gig at RISE. I believe this was my forth New Years playing for Tom and Darrin at Rise and seriously. It’s a hot spot in the city and always good times. I personally just wish there wasn’t so many mirrors in the main room. LOL. Mirrors combined with lights in a room with shorter ceilings for some reason gives me anxiety. What can ya do! I told myself in the past that I was going to stay away from getting myself double booked for events, but it was New Years! New Years should be about missions and jumping from one crowd to the next to get a little bit of everyones excitement ya know….. over&out.
